Sacred Fire Somatic Breathwork - August

Experience this special new breathwork practice developed by Frank Cordavano, Breathwork Coach and JJ Skyler, MA, LMT, Reiki Master & Healing Hands Practitioner that offers a grounding yet cosmic breathwork experience with guided somatic release through energy healing. This unique somatic process assists participants to tune into and honor physical/energy sensations within the body and release energy stored in the body. Because traumas can be held as energy blocks in the physical/mental/emotional field of an individual, attuning to these in a gentle, open manner for purposes of release is the goal. Assisting you to attune to physical sensations that arise during breathwork and meet, rather than restrict or try to hold in, Sacred Fire Somatic Breathwork establishes the sacred space from which participants can deepen their own journey utilizing breathwork to clear old patterns, heal and grow forward with grace and self care. Note: Prior breathwork and energy healing experience strongly recommended.
