Sacred Fire Somatic Breathwork - April 12

Sacred Fire Somatic Breathwork is a special combination of breathwork and energy healing, which establishes sacred space from which participants can deepen their own inner journey to clear old patterns, heal and grow forward with grace and self-care. As you are guided through the workshop, you'll feel encouraged to explore these signals in a gentle, open manner to release lingering anxiety, sadness, trauma or other energy which no longer serves you. 

Please bring whatever creature comforts you wish. We advise at minimum a yoga mat to lay on, blanket or layers, and water. Please do not wear heavy pendants or necklaces around the neck, and be sure to wear comfy clothes that won't restrict deep breathing.
