Sacred Fire Somatic Breathwork

Divine masculine energy looks like focus, action, stability, security, logic, integrity and discipline. Whether you'd like to simply honor this energy within yourself, or cultivate it, we welcome you to join us just after Father's Day to honor all of the best about masculine energy. Sometimes "false" (also referred to as "wounded" ) masculine energy can feel quite the opposite...judgmental, controlling/domineering, unstable, for example. So this month's session will also offer space for you to create your own healing from these energies (whether within one's self or from another.) We invite you to embrace the authentic, divine masculine and celebrate its essence. All attendees are invited to join us for a potluck picnic afterward as well if you wish to join in. Weather permitting, we'll head down the street to a nearby park (less than five minutes from the studio.)

Deepen feelings of self-worth, confidence and self-love through this special new breathwork class conceived by JJ Skyler, MA, LMT, Reiki Master & Healing Hands Practitioner, co-faciliated with Frank Cordavano, Lone Wolf Breathwork to offer a grounding yet cosmic breathwork experience with guided somatic release through energy healing. This unique somatic process assists participants to tune into and honor physical/energy sensations within the body and release energy stored in the body. Traumas can be held as energy blocks in the physical/mental/emotional field of an individual, so it is an important part of our journeywork to attune to these in a gentle, open manner for purposes of release is the goal. Rather than restrict, resist or try to hold in that which is uncomfortable, Sacred Fire Somatic Breathwork establishes the sacred space from which participants can deepen their own journey utilizing breathwork to clear old patterns, heal and grow forward with grace and self care. Note: Prior breathwork and/or energy healing experience recommended.
