Exploring Flow States: Mind, Body, Spirit, Wealth

How we “move” through our days has a significant impact on our mental well-being, and our mindset has a significant impact on how we move through our days. Do you find yourself repeatedly feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, pressure, or stress? You may have slipped into a subtle pattern of reactivity and scarcity mindset. Explore how to cultivate a deeper sense of abundance in mind, body, spirit and wealth and nurture and love-based mindset to reduce anxiety and stress. This workshop will combine lecture and experiential learning, so please wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion/yoga mat.

About your instructors: Josh Rimany, PharmD, Functional Nutritionist and shaman in training (more on that later!) will share with us the scientific foundations of some of the most powerful mindset teachings of our time, drawing from the works of Dr. Joe Dispenza and others. JJ Skyler, MA, Mystic, Reiki Master Teacher, and motivational speaker with Sacred Fire Journeywork Studios joins him as we explore what it means to move more mindfully through life and experience flow states within the mind, body, spirit and our outer world.
